"All Systems Go!" Campaign



Our big 2016 launch is fast approaching and to prepare for it,
Charles Vest introduced our “All Systems Go” campaign. We want the world to know that HopRocket is “ready for launch” and we need your help!

We invite all Members and Elite Members to make an energetic short video (5 seconds maximum) of themselves or their teams stating where they are from followed by the word “GO!”. Your full script might sound something like:

“Bill and Becky Baker from Albuquerque, New Mexico…GO!”

or

“Team Wenatchee from Yakima, Washington…GO!”

We’ll compile all of the videos that are submitted into one mega clip and share it all over the place as we launch in January.

We have a few ways to submit a video:

1. Post it to Twitter or Instagram and add one of the following hashtags: #HopRocketLaunch, #AllSystemsGo, or #LaunchVideo.
2. Use our Facebook link to upload your video. Click on the Hootsuite Campaigns tab.
3. If you don’t use Social Media, simply visit our campaign website and click “Enter Now”.

This is quick and easy, but very effective. Take a few minutes to show your HopRocket pride. The finished video will be a powerful resource to show your potential new enrollees, especially with YOU in it!

The deadline for submitting your video is Monday, January 4 at 11:59 PM (Mountain). We can’t wait to see what you send!

Do you have some new Elite Members you’d like to enroll under an annual membership instead of a monthly subscription? Perhaps you’re on a monthly yourself and would like to make the switch to an annual membership?

Normally, the annual option is only available to our Members, but Elites can now get set up for the annual payment option (and save a lot of money in the process) under the Elite Annual Membership promotion!

New Elite Annual Membership - $699!

  • With an enrollment fee of $300 and a monthly subscription fee of $60, Elite Members would normally expect to pay $1,020 a year. 
  • During this promotion, Elite Members can enroll for a full year at $699 (a savings of $321, which is like getting 5 months for free).
  • The new Elite Member receives 330 QV, 230 CV and 1,020 HopPoints that can immediately be used to book a HopTrip. 
So what does the Sponsor get for enrolling a new Elite Member on an annual membership?
The usual $45 Fast Start Bonus PLUS an additional $100 Sponsor Cash Bonus.

Elite Upgrade Annual Membership - $399!
Are you an existing Elite Member who wants to “upgrade” to the annual payment schedule under the Elite Annual Membership promo? No problem! Instead of the $699 enrollment fee that a new Elite would pay, you would simply be charged with a $399 upgrade fee*. Along with that upgrade, you’d receive 30 QV, 200 CV and 720 HopPoints to add to your bank for immediate use. 

Sponsoring Elites will receive commissions on annual memberships monthly for the next 11 months. 30 QV will be designated each month for rank qualification. 30 CV will be awarded in the Unilevel for pay out each month.

*Annual renewal date is 12 months from day of upgrade or enrollment with the Elite annual membership.

Here’s how it works:

·         First, decide between a single membership gift or a 3-pack.

Elite Members Will Get Paid on Travel!

Hello, HopRocket Elites!

You've already heard about some of the enticing updates we are making to our Member program in the last two emails we sent you. It’s our intention to help you see the benefits of confidently enrolling Members in addition to the Elite Members you’re bringing to HopRocket.


For a recap on what we've covered so far, click here to check out our temporary blog. This will help you keep track of all of the updates we've made to our Member program. Our official blog will be launched within the next month or two.

So, what are the latest changes? Here you go, hot off the press (effective on January 12): 
  • Travel that is booked by an Elite Member or Member will benefit you if you enrolled them or are within 3 generations.* That's right, guys and gals! The new Rewards Plan will allow you to get paid on your team's travel!
  • Elite Members will be given 60 invitations each month to the 30-Day Trial. Any unused invitations will flush at the end of the month. But don’t worry, a new allotment of 60 invitations is loaded at the beginning of each month. Elites who are subscribed to the HopRocket Tools system will now receive an additional 20 invitations a month, not just 10. If that's still not enough, additional invitations can be purchased.
  • In addition to the Opportunity replicated websites that are already available for your use as you try to recruit new Elite Members, HopRocket will also provide you with a "retail-friendly" version of the replicated website that will serve as an effective way to capture the interest of your potential Members.

The Weekly Hop - Benefits of Enrolling Members

Welcome to The Weekly Hop. In our email yesterday, we reviewed the following updates to our Member program: 
  • $99 annual membership fee
  • Members will no longer be charged a monthly subscription fee
  • Elites get a $25 Member bonus for each new signup 
As promised, here are some additional ways that enrolling Members will be beneficial to you as an Elite Member (changes to take effect on December 15): 
  • You will be paid out on 5 levels for the Fast Start Bonus where previously, you were only paid out on 3 levels. This is huge!
  • When one of your Members enrolls a new Member, he/she will receive a $25 bonus to be paid in Rocket Rewards. Members can accrue and use Rocket Rewards.
  • The TQV Split that was announced as part of the RankUp! Promo on October 30 will now be a permanent part of the Rewards Plan. Members can help you achieve these Rank Advancement Requirements.
But that’s not all. We have more exciting updates to announce and we have a feeling that you’re going to jump for joy!

Hello, HopRocket Elite Members!

We had an AMAZING holiday weekend. New signups increased our Member numbers by a whopping 51%! Some of you will be seeing some pretty hefty bonuses because each new Member enrollment pays out the $25 Member Bonus.


Starting as a Member and converting to Elite has proven to be an effective technique. We saw our rate at which Members upgrade to Elite Member status DOUBLE in 2 days because of the new Member pricing structure.
Quick Member Review: 
  • $99 annual membership fee
  • Members will no longer be charged a monthly subscription fee
  • Elites get a $25 Member bonus for each new signup 
But there are more ways that Members benefit you as an Elite Member and we will be covering those and other exciting announcements over the next 2 weeks. Watch for more details in tomorrow's Weekly Hop.

FAQs on Member Updates

The following FAQs will serve as a recap of these changes:

Q: As a new Member, do I still pay a monthly subscription fee?
A: No. Elite Members will continue to pay a monthly subscription fee, but Members will never have to pay a monthly subscription fee again. Instead, Members now pay an annual subscription fee. Normally, this fee is $120, but we are slashing that price down to a $79 discount for Cyber Monday. Being that our Member enrollment fee and monthly fees used to total $290, this is a savings of $211!

If you happen to miss out on the Cyber Monday deal today, we'll be offering a $99 annual fee discount as of December 1. This is just one of the holiday promotions we'll be running to help you build your member base.

Q: If I’ve been a member since July, will I be charged a new annual subscription fee?
A: No. All existing members will be grandfathered in to our new payment structure for Members. Existing Members won’t expect to pay any more monthly fees, EVER. They will not be required to pay the 2015 annual $120 fee either. Accounts for existing Members have already been set up and there is no need to make any charges until around this time next year. For those members who started in July-October, this means you're getting an extra few months on us!

Q: So, as an existing Member, when would I expect to see a new charge?
A: A year from now, existing Members will have a renewal fee that’s due on November 25, 2016. A reminder will be sent to each Member before the payment is made and they will have an opportunity at that point to renew for another year. If a Member decides to cancel on November 22, 2016, for instance, they would not be billed anything. But we’re confident that our Members will happily want to renew their memberships at that time after experiencing the perks of being a HopRocket Member for a full year from now.

Q: Is there anything I need to do in my Back Office to stop the monthly payments?
A: No. We’ve already made changes to Member accounts so that no more monthly payments are taken. Again, no additional charges will be made on Member accounts until the annual renewal fee is due in November of 2016.

Q: With the new enhancements, can I still participate in the “3 & Free” program as a Member?
A: The “3 & Free” will only be available to Elite Members because only Elite Members will have a monthly subscription. The purpose of the “3 & Free” is to have one’s monthly subscription waived. Since Members no longer pay a monthly subscription, there is no reason for a Member to participate in the “3 & Free” program. However, Members will be thrilled to hear about the new “Member Bonus” program.

Q: What is the new Member Bonus program?
A: When an Elite Member or Member signs up a new Member, a $25 bonus is awarded! Elite Members receive this bonus in cash while Members receive this bonus in Rocket Rewards. The best thing about this enhancement is that it’s $25 per new sign up, not a combination of three people. The Member Bonus is paid out to the sponsoring Elite Member or Member on the week following the new Member enrollment.

Q: So, as a Member, I can now earn and use Rocket Rewards?
A: Yes, you can begin building your Rocket Rewards savings account now. There are two ways Rocket Rewards can be earned by a Member. One way is through the Member Bonus that was just mentioned, $25 in Rocket Rewards for each new Member sign-up. The second way is through the Price Match Guarantee that is available to Members. If a Member books travel through HopRocket and finds a cheaper price through another service later that day, HopRocket will pay the difference in price to the Member in Rocket Rewards*. We'll be announcing some fun and exciting ways for Members to actually use their Rocket Rewards over the next 30 days. Starting in 2016, Rocket Rewards can be used by a Member to book any kind of travel. But remember, the full reservation must be made using Rocket Rewards. It’s amazing how quickly they can add up when you’re signing up new Members on a regular basis.

Q: Speaking of HopPoints, can I continue to earn those as a Member?
A: No. HopPoints can only be earned by Elite Members. However, Members can still browse and book HopTrips. They just won’t have HopPoints to apply to the price.

Q: But what about the HopPoints I’ve already earned? Can I still use them?
A: Of course! All Members who have earned HopPoints up until now will keep them and they can be used on HopTrips for the next year. They will expire on December 31, 2016. When you are ready to apply the existing HopPoints you’ve earned, simply contact our Customer Service team and they will help you with that booking. Their phone number is at the bottom of this email.

Q: Can I still upgrade my membership to Elite Member status?
A: Yes, you can upgrade at any time.
